Rachel Waggoner

Hi there! My name is Rachel Waggoner and I am a Clinical Therapist & Supervisor and the founder of Ebb & Flow! My goal is to constantly evolve with the field and learn and implement new/relevant techniques into our studio. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life changes/transitions and have an affinity for working with adult children of parents with mental illness. During the therapeutic process, I strive to utilize a holistic set of skills to help my clients find balance, compassion, and navigate closer to their values. As a therapist I am here to help clients dive further in the process through using empathy, compassion, and gentle challenges in order to open up more room for healing and growth. I will create a space for exploration and evolution to help you better align with your goals.
