Rachel Reifenberger
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
I offer person-centered psychotherapy to individuals from all walks of life.
I look forward to learning how we can work together. I work primarily with teens, young adults and adults with a wide range of difficulties; specifically anxiety, life transitions, stress, depression, trauma and obsessive compulsive disorders. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and humanistic, pulling from CBT, ACT and insight oriented modalities. I am also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to offer a brief, effective intervention for trauma symptoms. I find it an honor to join you in your experience to help align you with your values and goals.
