I support my clients through a positive working relationship between client and therapist that emphasizes safety and transparency.

I take great care in creating a therapy environment where clients feel safe to show up as their authentic selves. I've assisted clients from diverse backgrounds with a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. My empathetic approach, combined with evidence-based techniques, allows me to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can grow. I take a collaborative and holistic approach to therapy. I view clients as the experts of their own experiences and aim to work alongside them to facilitate changes they desire and that positively impact their overall functioning and wellbeing. I have significant experience working with survivors of interpersonal violence and sexual assault. I believe that relationships are the primary path towards healing. I support my clients through a positive working relationship between client and therapist. I encourage my clients to take an active role in therapy in order to collaboratively work towards their therapeutic goals.
