I specialize in treating trauma & dissociative disorders (including Dissociative Identity Disorder - DID) using EMDR, IFS, and DBT.

College students are my favorite group of clients in my private practice! I will help you walk through the process of learning about yourself, and if there is trauma in your past I will kindly walk alongside you, directing and encouraging as you work through the process of acknowledging and naming, processing and grieving, and moving forward to be the best version of yourself despite any pain and challenges you may have faced in life. Focusing on using evidence based treatments including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems(IFS) / parts work, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), I will go at a pace that works for you. I enjoy working with a diversity of clients; I used to practice in Boston, where I saw students from all over the world in my practice. Look forward to meeting you!
