Rachael Metzger
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
With compassion and authenticity, I create a space where clients of all backgrounds and identities are affirmed and valued.
Hi! I'm Rachael (she/her/hers) and I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. My specialty is supporting those who fall under the GSRD (Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diverse) umbrella. This includes those who are LGBTQIA+, transgender, nonbinary, gender non-conforming, and non-monogamous. My other primary area of practice is supporting those with anxiety and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). I choose to bring my compassion and authentic self to the therapeutic relationship. I am a cisgender, queer/bisexual, white 35 year old woman who is known for her love of cats and fantasy novels! I have 10 years of experience across community mental health, employee assistance programs, and training and development. I find that I learn and grow from every client I work with. I am immensely grateful to have the opportunity to learn about people's stories and experiences and guide them on their journey to self-discovery.
