Online counseling for men and AMAB folks struggling with life and the college experience. Build confidence, overcome setbacks, and unlock your future.

College is hard. You're dealing with all kinds of new personal things like discovering or finally revealing the true you, finding friends, figuring out what you want your future to look like, and more. Then add to that the stress and strain of balancing homework, figuring out degree programs, and dealing with setbacks like low grades, problems with your thesis, or a change in your whole degree. You might even be trying to juggle that with work or family issues that compete for your time, attention, and energy. My clients are often people who want to be supported but also challenged to grow. You may have tried other therapists who made you feel good but weren't very helpful because they didn't help you actually make changes in your life. Or maybe you've avoided therapy for fear of being judged for who you are or who you want to be. Or work together will celebrate your differences, build on your strengths, and help you gain the confidence to handle what life puts in front of you both right now in college and beyond.
