I am a psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral interventions for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and borderline personality disorder.

I am a psychologist specializing in cognitive-behavioral interventions for mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and borderline personality disorder. I have been intensively trained in DBT, and I participate in a weekly DBT Consultation Team. I provide individual DBT to college-aged students, and, as part of that treatment, take phone coaching calls. Most college students that I see for DBT participate in one of the DBT-U groups in the area. Other treatment protocols and strategies that I'm likely to use are: exposure-based therapies for anxiety disorders (including Prolonged Exposure for PTSD), CBT for depression, and behavioral activation strategies for depression.
