Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Mental health is a journey of self-discovery and one you do not have to go on alone.
Have you been feeling disconnected from yourself and others, unsure of who you truly are or what you want in life? Are you feeling on edge, irritable and find yourself snapping at everyone around you? Are you struggling with the loss of a loved one, trauma, or just need someone to talk to? Whether you're an individual seeking personal growth, or a couple searching for deeper connection, I'm here to assist you on a your journey of self-discovery. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and 20 year Army Veteran. I have experience working with clients facing depression, anxiety, trauma, self harm, grief and loss, along with other mental health concerns. I use a variety of modalities depending on the client's needs including mindfulness, cognitive behavior, solution focused, and client centered therapy. I believe that counseling is a pathway for growth and healing, that takes into consideration the whole person - physical, emotional, and mental. Counseling is a chance for you to explore your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings in a safe, nonjudgmental setting. My goal is for you to draw your own conclusions and choose the path that feels best for you.
