Payton Schneider
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
I provide therapy for individuals ages 10+, couples, and families. I welcome and affirm all identities, backgrounds, and presenting concerns.
Your story matters. I hope to provide a nonjudgmental environment where we can work collaboratively towards wellbeing, self-acceptance, and positive change. As a therapist, I strive to bring energy, humor, honesty, and compassion to each session so that you may feel validated and develop skills to embrace life's challenges. I enjoy working individuals 10 and up, couples, and families. I am especially passionate about working with teens, young adults, ADHD, trauma, and those who experience relational difficulties. I love working with people of all gender, racial, and cultural identities and backgrounds. My therapeutic work is guided by Relational, Acceptance and Commitment, and Internal Family Systems Therapies, also incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioral and Dialectical Behavioral Therapies. Attachment theory, the mind-body connection, and trauma-informed care guide my approach as well. I look forward to joining you on your journey towards wellbeing.
