Paul Delaughter is a Resident in Counseling who is passionate about helping others address the challenges in their lives. Paul implements an evidence-based approach toward helping his clients identify and address the challenges they face. Paul is experienced in working with anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder, substance use, and trauma. He has experience working directly with a diverse range of individuals including children, college students, older-adults, first responders, veterans, and individuals with addiction and substance use problems. Paul completed his master’s in Counselor Education at Virginia Tech where his is currently working on his PhD. Paul is currently a Resident in Counseling at Living Well Counseling and Support Services.
