Psychologist, Sport Psychologist
Helping athletes thrive - on the field, in life, and in themselves.
My journey into psychology was inspired by the 1999 U.S. Women's Soccer Team and their sport psychology consultant, Dr. Colleen Hacker. As a former athlete in field hockey and softball, I found a path to stay connected to the sports world through psychology. Over the years, my professional experiences have expanded to include work with college students, cancer patients, and individuals navigating various life transitions. I offer individual and couples psychotherapy through a humanistic and existential lens, focusing on helping clients develop the tools and insights necessary to navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, authenticity, and resilience. My areas of expertise include grief and loss, gender and sexual identity development, eating disorders and disordered eating, sport performance, trauma and attachment wounds, depression, and anxiety. I am honored to be listed on the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee Mental Health Directory (2025–2027), reflecting my commitment to supporting athletes' mental health and performance.
