I welcome all clients regardless of background, identity or walk of life! Ofrezco sessiones de terapia en Español!

I've been on both sides of the therapy chair. I know the process of beginning therapy can be both terrifying and exciting. I've found, both as a professional and as a client, the most valuable things a therapist can offer are a warm presence, validation of experiences, and the ability to be genuine. In these times of uncertainty, I've learned we can't promise many things. However, I can assure you, if you allow me the priviliege of walking with you on this new journey, I will always do my best to meet you where you are and and listen to your needs. My experience has included working with children and families who have been victims of abuse/neglect and/or have experienced any level of trauma. I have done grief work with a wide range of ages and am trained in play therapy. The clients I have seen have come to me with a variety of different mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, etc. I learn so much with each client who comes to my office. It would be a privilege to get to know you, walk with you and learn from you. I hope to hear from you soon!
