(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA)
I help teens, adults, and families manage anxiety, depression, and trauma by creating a safe, supportive space for healing, growth, and change.
I look forward to meeting you! With over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges, I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to grow. My background includes school social work, care coordination, outpatient therapy, and clinical program development. I’ve led support groups focused on anxiety, depression, healthy relationships, and anger management, and have facilitated workshops on suicide prevention and mental health awareness. I tailor treatment to each person’s needs, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Family Systems Theory. In our work together, we’ll explore your experiences, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build emotional resilience. Whether you're looking for healing, direction, or a fresh perspective, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
