Hello! I’m Natalie, and I’m here to walk with you as we dive into your story and work toward a brighter, healthier future. I'm excited to hear from you!

Hello! I’m Natalie! My practice provides a nurturing, empathetic space where you can feel truly seen and heard. Each life is a tapestry of stories—those we tell ourselves and those we hear from others. By exploring these narratives, we can uncover the patterns that shape your life and reshape them for a brighter future. I offer a personalized approach, blending techniques like Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Metacognitive Reflection and Insight Therapy (MERIT). This diverse toolkit allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs. I specialize in a range of concerns, including trauma, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy life’s adventures—dancing to live music, crafting with friends, or exploring the lakes of Northern Indiana with my family and my dog, Winnie. I look forward to helping you build a more fulfilling life. Let’s start this journey together!
