I offer a personalized approach, blending techniques like Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, CBT, ACT, DBT, and Metacognitive Reflection and Insight Therapy (MERIT). I specialize in a range of concerns, including trauma, addictions, eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and personality disorders. When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy life’s adventures—dancing to live music, crafting with friends, or exploring the lakes of Northern Indiana with my family and my dog, Winnie.
