I use a strengths-based approach to empower clients to find solutions and achieve your goals.
Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly 20 years of experience working with teens, adolescents and adults struggling with risky/aggressive behaviors, depression, anxiety, ADHD, as well as life-long thought disorders. I walk-and-talk outside when possible and use humor in my sessions. I partner with clients to cut through distorted, negative thinking patterns, and help develop skills to regulate emotions, improve communication, strengthen relationships and feel more successful.
