Monica has nearly 20 years of experience providing mental health services for individuals, groups, and families in a variety of settings, including community mental health agencies, hospitals, college campuses and private practice. She works with those coping with major life transitions, relationship concerns, traumatic events, mood and anxiety disorders, and learning disabilities including ADHD. Using a direct yet compassionate approach, she helps her clients to identify their strengths, needs, and goals to feel empowered to improve their quality of life.
