Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather it is shaped by your needs and life experiences.
Starting therapy can be intimidating and I am here to guide you through your period of growth. It is my purpose to find what sets everyone apart, helping you discover and develop the tools you have within you. I became a therapist because I enjoy supporting others and highlighting their strengths. I seek to share how your quirks and differences make you special, not "bad" or "strange". I am interested in working with adults or couples experiencing generalized anxiety, social anxiety, depression, multiracial identity, life transitions, self-esteem, sleep difficulties, and creating balance in one's life. I am also passionate about working with individuals through their identity exploration and in creating comfort in one's identity, even if it doesn't seem to fit in boxes. My style is shaped by person-centered, humanistic, and internal family systems therapy. I also integrate techniques from other theories to best meet the client's needs. It is important to follow your lead to find what process works well for you. Safety and trust are necessary for the foundation of the therapy space. Together we can build a safe space for you. I look forward to learning how I can best support you!
