Pain and grief are universal. How we deal with it and heal sets us apart from each other. Sometimes, we get stuck and can't see how to move. It's like standing in a dark room with a flashlight but no idea where to point it and in what direction to walk. I am here to say you are not alone; together, we can work on bringing the light back to those dark rooms. Raised in Los Angeles, I moved to Orange County and attended Hope International University, receiving my Masters In Marriage and Family Therapy. I began working as a therapist with under-resourced families and working with substance abuse clients As a Bilingual Spanish-speaking Therapist, I have had the honor/privilege of working closely with the Hispanic/Latino community in bringing awareness to mental health.
