I am enthusiastic about working with individuals of all ages who are struggling with life transitions, career changes, eating disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma, and grief. Working with children and adolescents has also been a passion for me. I utilize play therapy techniques and partner with parents or caregivers to help guide and support children through challenges they may be facing. I also enjoy working with couples, guiding them through difficult situations. I strive to maintain a positive, safe, and accepting environment for my clients of all ages, where they can flourish at their own pace with guidance while working toward set goals.
