I am an integrative, collaborative, and relational therapist who provides clinically effective treatment to reduce symptoms and improve quality of life.

Life’s difficult turns can motivate us to take action for change. You may have daily challenges with low moods, anxiety, problems with memory or concentration, trauma, chronic pain, or grief. Or maybe you have past experiences that continue to hurt you. Psychotherapy can become a valuable tool to address these challenges starting with where you are now. It can be an opportunity to assess your current situation, clarify your goals, and build skills that empower you toward increased well-being, better directions, and desired outcomes. I bring extensive experience using evidence-based approaches to treat adults living with mood disorders, anxiety, and problems related to adjustment . Other specializations include trauma/PTSD, chronic pain, executive dysfunctions (including ADHD), and psychological problems related to health factors (including sleep/insomnia, smoking cessation). I understand that seeking help can be intimidating. My goal is to make this process approachable through collaborative problem-solving to improve your quality of life in practical ways.
