Bilingual therapist helping international students, young professionals, and adults with anxiety, acculturation, stress, and self-esteem.

Starting over—whether in a new country, a different life stage, or a relationship transition—can stir up stress, isolation, and self-doubt. You might feel caught between cultures, stuck in anxious thought patterns, or uncertain about your next steps. As a bilingual (Mandarin-English) therapist, I provide a space where you can express yourself fully and feel truly understood. I work with individuals navigating cultural identity, immigration, workplace stress, and low self-esteem, as well as couples facing communication challenges, dating concerns, infidelity, or separation. Whether you're building a life together or trying to figure out what comes next, therapy can help you move through stuck points with greater clarity and compassion. My sessions are respectful, collaborative, and culturally attuned. I draw on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support value-driven living and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to shift unhelpful thought patterns. We'll explore at your pace, in your language, and in partnership—grounded in care and openness.
