I'm a caring, empathetic, and compassionate psychologist who works collaboratively with clients of diverse backgrounds to move toward meaningful change.

I work with adults across the lifespan, with particular interest in working with young adults and those experiencing major life changes like college and graduate school. I place a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship and aim to create a non-judgemental, affirming environment where clients are encouraged to be their authentic selves. I value open, honest communication and the use of humor within the therapy space. My approach to therapy is person-centered and incorporates evidence-based treatments, which include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I will provide a supportive, collaborative, and safe space to explore challenges and develop effective strategies that best fit each client’s individual situation and needs. I look forward to partnering with you!
