Mary Beth Castillo

I am passionate about helping others recognize their full potential, especially those that have experienced trauma or struggle with anxiety disorders. I also have significant experience with neurodiverse individuals and those that have grown up in families with mental illness. I help clients find their own voice, feel that they are worthy of investing time and energy into caring for themself, and setting healthy boundaries to do so. I am here to offer unconditional support while also exploring any barriers that may be in your way, challenging unrealistic and negative thought patterns that hinder progress, and identifying ways to work through these in positive and healthy ways.
