Finding balance, personal growth and restoring wholeness is within your reach, and taking that first step towards therapy can help you achieve this.

As a second-generation immigrant with a bicultural identity, it is an unspoken understanding that conversations about mental health can feel lonely and stigmatizing. My passion is to normalize curiosity about oneself as an integral part of mental health and overall wellness. I strive to create a warm and welcoming space, where my clients feel supported in being curious and expressing themselves, while feeling empowered to make healthy changes in their life. I value nurturing strong connections with my clients to reach the depths of health, healing and inner peace. This is the greatest honor for me as a Therapist, and human.
