Madison Marcus-Paddison
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Social Worker (CSW)
Ready to hop off the struggle bus? I get it. I'm practical and passionate about getting you what you need to move forward from anxiety and perfectionism.
Are you struggling with shame, vulnerability, and the feeling of ‘never being good enough’? Do you feel disengaged from life, your loved ones, and sick of watching moments pass you by? Have you spent all your time making sure you never fall, and as a result never learned how to get back up? Maybe you’re known as “the perfectionist”, “the cynic”, “the know-it-all”, “the control freak”. You care too much- it’s kind of your thing…but it’s become exhausting and you’ve had enough. Now’s the time- let’s work together to clear the fog and get you back to the quality of life you deserve. Over a decade of experience in the mental health field has afforded Madison the opportunity to work with individuals coping with anxiety, depression, perfectionism, and family conflict. She takes an eclectic approach and uses a variety of modalities to empower her clients with the tools they need that will contribute to a stronger sense of emotional wellbeing. Madison has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for anxiety and insomnia, The Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Radically Open Dialectical Behavior Therapy (RO-DBT). Madison often utilizes the work of shame researcher Brene Brown to help clients process and work through their chronic perfectionism and shame, allowing them to become more vulnerable and open to positive life experiences.
