(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I love helping individuals move from a place of stress (eating disorders, anxiety, trauma, coda, grief/loss, etc) toward Empowerment and Personal Growth.
I am a holistic oriented psychotherapist with a passion for working with motivated individuals to move from a place of stress and unhealthy coping, toward a more loving connection with self-body acceptance, relationships and thriving strategies. Some of my specialties include: eating disorders, anxiety-social/panic/performance, trauma, perfectionism, codependency, body image disturbance, grief/loss, life transitions, etc. My passionate approach fosters an inner ability for healing by focusing on awareness and action change. The foundation I utilize is "client centered" using an eclectic eye for which tools/methods would be most helpful for each client in psychotherapy sessions. I utilize a vast toolbox from over 30+ years experience integrating traditional psychotherapy (CBT), EMDR/Intensives (processing method for emotional pain/trauma), Mindfulness Based Therapeutic Yoga Tools (breathwork, intentional mindset, meditation) all from a neuroscience, Polyvagal Theory informed care which elevates the healing process. I understand the process moving from darkness to light, and I invite you to explore doing the deeper work for healing and evolving into your best Self and Life Goals.
