Helping you navigate relationship challenges, trauma, mood disorders, anxiety, and more with a compassionate, trauma-informed approach.

Navigate your unique challenges in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I bring over a decade of experience and an MSW from NYU to help clients of all ages work through a range of complex issues, including relationship conflicts, trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, and grief. My work also focuses on adjustment disorders, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, PTSD, and disruptive mood dysregulation disorder (DMDD). I specialize in couples therapy and relationship issues, including conflict resolution, intimacy, infidelity, divorce, and separation. With a background in trauma-informed care, I’ve helped survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and childhood abuse, providing space to heal and rebuild. Using techniques like CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy, we’ll collaboratively build skills to manage emotions, improve self-awareness, and achieve meaningful personal growth. This is a space to feel safe, gain clarity, and develop the tools you need to thrive. Whatever you’re facing, let’s work together toward positive change.
