I work with clients of all ages experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, PTSD/trauma symptoms, disordered eating, stress, and life transitions.

I work with my clients from a strengths based and client centered holistic focus. Each person is the expert of their unique experience and I believe in meeting my clients where they are and looking at all aspects of life. I bring forward approaches that are shown to help with a client’s specific needs and goals. We will work together to determine your goals, and celebrate your successes along the way, no matter how small they seem. Treatment approaches I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), mindfulness-based, independent work, and more. I also offer the option to take our sessions outside through Walk & Talk sessions so we can enjoy the weather, when it permits, during our time. My therapy style is one that finds a balance between connecting as humans and maintaining professional boundaries with my clients. I believe having a comfortable and safe environment provides the space for growth.
