I welcome clients of all backgrounds in my practice and truly enjoy working with college students. Specializing in eating disorders, anxiety, and trauma.

Looking for a therapist can be a vulnerable or overwhelming experience and I know it takes a lot of courage to reach out to someone, so thank you and I look forward to meeting you! I believe that for therapy to be effective, the therapeutic relationships needs to be supportive, non-judgmental, and empathetic which I hope you find with me. I’ve been practicing in the mental health field for 8 years and have experience from inpatient hospitals, community mental health centers, and now private practice. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and approach treatment by collaborating with my clients to set goals to meet their individual needs. I enjoy using a strengths based approach to assist clients in identifying their strengths while processing emotions, experiences, and develop healthy coping skills. My specialty is in treating disordered eating patterns, body image struggles, healing from trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. Feel free to send me an email if you have any questions about my style or approach to therapy. I offer a free 15 minute consultation to see ask any questions and see if I am a good fit for your therapy needs.
