Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I'm committed to helping you navigate the complexities of life, growth, relationships, and transitions. I'll work with you on enhancing experiences, increasing fulfillment and contentment, and building a life in alignment with your value system. My work focuses on targeting and overcoming barriers personally, interpersonally, and environmentally that get in the way of you living the life you want to live. I’m passionate about the idea that rest is deserved not earned. That assertive communication is a necessary skill. That your time, energy, and effort are the most valuable commodities and your boundaries can be created to protect all things most valuable. When I'm not in my therapist role you can find me reading and enjoying a cup of coffee, spending time with my pets, family and friends, or enjoying a yoga, hot Pilates, or barre class. Travel and exposing myself to experiences in various locales is my passion, and I sincerely hope if you see a gap in my availability that's what I'm off doing.
