Hi! I would love to walk alongside you on your healing journey.

As a counselor, I strive to meet each client right where they are by providing a warm, welcoming, and safe environment. I view each client as having inherent worth and value, deserving of love and respect. I tailor my use of therapeutic interventions to the specific needs and goals of each client through a holistic approach that caters to the whole person (physiological, psychological, social, and spiritual). My approach is rooted in Person-Centered Therapy (PCT) and I integrate elements from various other therapeutic theories such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Cultural Theory (RCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Child-Centered Play Therapy (CCPT). I also enjoy incorporating creativity and art in the counseling space when working with children and teens. I am passionate about walking alongside and empowering children, adolescents, teens, and adults as they navigate various life concerns including, but not limited to: Complex Trauma/PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Grief/Loss, Religious Hurt/Trauma, Identity Formation, Women’s Issues, Self-Image/Esteem, Life Transitions, and Relational Conflict. I also have the ability to integrate faith upon request.
