Lindsay Pennock
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
I am a strengths-based, person-centered therapist. I provide a welcoming and warm environment where individuals can show up exactly as they are right now.
I firmly believe in the philosophy that "it is okay to be human." All of us struggle to navigate the balance between emotional well-being and the demands of daily life. We all grapple with establishing healthy boundaries and find ourselves stretched thin by the myriad responsibilities we shoulder. This can lead to stress, both at work and in our personal lives, as we strive to meet societal expectations and our own aspirations. My goal is to guide you in navigating life's complexities with confidence. As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Registered Nurse (RN), my approach to therapy integrates both psychological and physiological perspectives to create a sustainable framework for long-term health. While I have a special focus on helping healthcare workers and educators, my unique professional experience allows me to relate to many individuals. I am committed to supporting my clients on their journey toward achieving a life marked by growth, resilience, and fulfillment. Together, we'll build a foundation for lasting positive change.
