Lindsay McAulay
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
My practice offers an accepting environment for individuals, couples and families to engage in positive change.
My goal as a therapist is to help clients reach their full individual potential. I work to help clients become more self-aware, resolve past and present conflicts, enhance interpersonal relationships and achieve lasting well-being. A Raleigh native, I received my Masters from Columbia University and I have 11 years of experience working in community mental health, substance abuse treatment, crisis intervention, and corporate counseling in NYC. I have been in private practice in NC since 2016.
