Warm, compassionate counselor offering individual and family therapy for those seeking self-awareness, understanding, empowerment, and emotional support.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in helping adolescents, young adults, parents, and families. I welcome clients from diverse backgrounds and identities and provide care for a variety of concerns including anxiety, depression, anger, identity exploration, relational issues, stress, and neurodivergence. My approach is eclectic and client-centered, with a strong focus on building a genuine and trusting therapeutic relationship. I believe in the importance of unconditional positive regard, empathy, authenticity, and collaboratively working with clients, not on them. To meet the unique needs of my clients, I draw from different modalities, always relying on a strengths-based perspective and evidence-based treatments to help them reach their goals. With younger clients, I use developmentally appropriate techniques, which may involve play therapy, activity therapy, and expressive arts. Mental health isn't always about treating the problems; sometimes it's about embracing life's challenges and learning how to thrive alongside them. My goal is to help you feel empowered, accepted, and safe while taking that journey together!
