I am an eating disorder and body image therapist with over a decade of experience. My office is a safe space for folks of all identities.

I've been working as an eating disorder therapist for over a decade. I take a compassion focused approach and enjoy helping the folks I work with reach a place of kindness towards themselves while also helping them to listen to their bodies intuitively. In addition to working with eating disorders, I also treat body image issues, perfectionism, anxiety of all kinds, depression and other mood disorders. I take an integrative approach to therapy, and tailor therapy to meet the needs of the individual. I am welcoming of all identities and work to create a safe space for everyone that enters my office.
