Other
Dedicated to helping clients process and integrate their experiences, build resilience, strengthen self-confidence, and develop meaningful connection.
As a clinical psychological assistant and doctoral student specializing in trauma healing, DBT, couples and family therapy, adolescent treatment, and personal development, I have dedicated my career to guiding individuals toward healing and growth. After 14 years in behavioral health—working across early childhood settings, special education, adolescent treatment centers, inpatient hospitals, and outpatient care—I transitioned out of the hospital system to fully embrace my passion for creative and holistic therapy in private practice. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, a deep commitment to resilience, and an adventurous spirit, I strive to help individuals, couples, and families reclaim their stories, discover their purpose, and cultivate balance and confidence across all areas of life—intellectual, emotional, physical, and spiritual.
