I welcome and affirm clients of all backgrounds, cultures, and identities in my practice.

I look forward to meeting you and working with you! I have worked in a variety of settings providing counseling to a diverse group of clients. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, veterans, and families with issues related to life transitions, anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, grief and loss, trauma, and serious mental illness, such as bipolar disorder and schizophrenia. Additionally, I am passionate about supporting Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, as well as the 2SLGBTQIA+ community, on their healing journeys. My approach is integrative, employing a variety of interventions including mindfulness, EMDR, creative interventions, and other strengths-based strategies. I hope you allow me the opportunity to support and empower you to cultivate compassion and positive change, along your journey to self-healing!
