Licensed Therapist with many years of experience in the mental health field including working in Community Mental Health Centers, the Hospital, and School
It's time to put yourself first, reaching out for help is often the hardest part of the therapeutic process. As a Therapist, I believe in the importance of providing Clients with a supportive and safe environment where they feel comfortable to explore and understand the thoughts and feelings that may arise when dealing with life’s challenges. You may be handling these difficulties in ways that are not satisfying or that impact your relationships. Whether you are a parent struggling with your child’s behaviors, a teenager struggling with anxiety, a young adult starting with new changes in life, or a survivor of trauma looking for a safe place to heal, I am here to help guide you. Through my therapy services I strive to provide a supportive environment for all Clients to feel heard, connected and valued. I believe therapy can yield the best outcomes when it is approached with you as a collaborative process. I enjoy building meaningful therapeutic relationships with my Clients to create a positive foundation for change. In working alongside me, my Clients can expect to find themselves in an open-minded, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment.
