Hi, I'm Lauren! Choosing therapy with me is all about YOU! During sessions, we will explore problem areas. You have found a safe space to let all of your burdens and concerns go. Therapy is an investment into you as a person and remember - you are not alone in the process. We are a team! Together we will work to face obstacles holding you back from your goals. My own life experiences include dealing with medical issues with my own children, childhood trauma, sports related injuries and learning how to conquer my own anxiety/depression due to pregnancy loss. I am trained and have years of experience with Trauma-Focused CBT, CPT, and DBT. I have worked alongside many trauma survivors over the years, including being one of the lead therapists to assist survivors of the Parkland School Shooting. I also have experience working with chronic illness, special needs children of all ages and their families, both in school and home settings. I also have years of experience working with people with ADHD, autism and their families. I am licensed in the states of Michigan and Florida.
