(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I’m passionate about creating a space for clients that exhibits unconditional validation, empathy, and understanding (and humor, when needed)!
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy services via telehealth and in-person. Not only do I have professional trauma certifications, but I entered this profession with my own trauma history that has informed my therapeutic approach. Outside of the therapy office, I have experience working with children, adolescents, families, and older adults within the child/adult welfare systems.Utilizing a client-centered and trauma-informed approach, I aim to meet you where you are as we work toward your goals. Taking the step to find a therapist is already difficult enough, and that experience only worsens if we’re placed in an environment where we feel devalued or judged. I’m passionate about creating a space for clients that exhibits unconditional validation, empathy, and understanding (and humor, when needed)! Building rapport with your therapist can take time; so come prepared with small talk about The Sopranos or an interest in UNO while we get to know one another! I recognize the courage it takes to reach out for help, and I genuinely look forward to connecting with you along this journey.
