Latitia Robinson

I am a trauma-informed therapist who is licensed in IL, AZ, TX, and NV. I have over 15 years of experience helping clients manage a wide variety of issues; however, my specialization is working with victims of trauma by using TF-CBT. I also use mindfulness, meditation, and grounding to help manage anxiety, depression, and thoughts. I provide more of a holistic approach, as opposed to a textbook approach, to empower my clients to think and act in alignment with their mental wellness goals.
