I am looking forward to meeting you. I provide counseling to all people ages 4 through 94. I believe that you hold the keys to your health and happiness and that you and I and God can help you unlock a fulfilling and purposeful way of life. Through a Christian perspective we can explore your strengths, personality, relationships, past, traumas, challenges, and perspectives, bringing you to greater understanding of yourself and how to make any necessary changes to bring about positive mental health a wholeness.
