Welcome, I'm so glad that you're here!
Whether you stumbled across this page in search of support for yourself or someone you love, you and all your questions and concerns are welcome here. I enjoy partnering with students to discover their unique selves in the moment, what they have endured in the past, and who they might become in the future. To achieve this, I take a relational, integrative, and modern client-centered approach to therapy that opens doors for communication. We may doodle together one session and write a story for another. Have a favorite song? Perfect, let's listen to it! We will find meaning in it all. My passion for seeing others succeed has largely landed me in schools working with young adults just like you! Young adulthood can be a tumultuous time that (if we’re honest with ourselves) doesn’t always end at “adulting.” I understand and appreciate the intricacies that come from these transitional moments and hope to learn from them together. Let’s get creative to explore strategies and resources that support your needs and goals. Email me with questions or to schedule an intake. I can’t wait to get to know you!
