My therapeutic style involves a warm, collaborative relationship by which we can achieve your mental health, wellness, education, or career goals. I use a variety of techniques that assist in thinking more efficiently about your place in this world. My goal is to help you be at peace with what is difficult, be it depression, anxiety, relationship issues, or just your personal wellness. Whatever the problem, we can work on it together to reach your maximum potential, stability, and harmony. I am passionate in helping people who are not satisfied with their current life situation and have the desire for it to be different. I have education/experience in helping with childhood trauma, depression, anxiety, eating concerns and learning to manage unwanted emotions. I work with children as well as adults. I am an enthusiastic, diligent and motivated therapist dedicated to helping each client achieve success. While the work can be complicated, I have the empathy, active listening skills and adaptability required to understand and convey even complex needs.
