Kevin Ganey
(He/Him/His)
Certified Eating Disorder Specialist, Psychologist
I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist that works with you to become the best version of you. I use a CBT approach to help you work on your thoughts.
I am a Clinical Psychologist, specializing in working with adolescents (ages 12-28). I have been in private practice for 17 years and love working with students, teen to young-adults. I use a Cognitive-Behavioral approach to therapy that focuses on how you think, which is rooted in learned beliefs/values, and how your thoughts direct your emotions, choices and actions. I work with clients to help them learn more about themselves that they learn to do the work with do together on their own. The goal is to be the best version of you possible. Treatment is designed with you and for you. Every person and their situation is unique so every treatment must be uniquely designed. As such, treatment ranges in length and frequency of therapy session. Therapy is always focused on you and my hope is that with each session comes change or growth. I never want a client to leave a session the same way they started the session. Ultimately growth leads to my job ending as a client is able to do work on their own.
