Helping anxious high-achievers to love and work from a place of clarity, confidence, and deep self-understanding.
I’m here to help you build a life that feels good to you. I’m passionate about helping high-achievers find greater ease, connection, and joy because I know what it’s like to do all the “right” things and still feel like something's missing. I know what it’s like to be so wrapped up in the pursuit of excellence that all of the rich parts of life tumble to the bottom of the to-do list. And I also know how different life can be when we have enough self-knowledge and self-assurance to go after what truly matters to us. I use psychodynamic (insight-oriented) psychotherapy to help people make lasting changes by helping them understand who they are, what they need, and what’s really going on inside them.
