Compassionate care for depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, ADHD, addiction, and gender dysphoria. Specializing in LGBTQ+ mental health support.

I am an ANCC board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, addiction, or struggling with eating disorders or gender dysphoria, I provide care that prioritizes your comfort, dignity, and individual needs. I have specialized experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, including conducting evaluations for hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and gender-affirming surgery. My approach combines supportive psychotherapy with practical strategies, like reframing negative thoughts and building positive coping skills, to help you feel more in control and hopeful about your future. I’ve worked in hospitals and community settings with patients from adolescents to seniors, including those facing complex situations like eating disorders, new parenthood, or immigration-related stress. I bring not only clinical expertise but also a compassionate, judgment-free attitude to every session. Let’s focus on what matters most: helping you feel heard, respected, and supported so you can move toward your goals and improve your quality of life.
