My intent is to help you build more connection and meaning in your life, and move you toward who or what matters most to you.

You don't have to carry it all alone. I work with people navigating identity, relationships, and the lingering effects of trauma. I work well with clients who identify as highly sensitive, or have had to mold themselves into roles that don’t quite fit in order to feel safe or successful. I also enjoy working with LGBTQIA+ clients (I’m queer myself). Some issues I work particularly well with are relationships and authenticity, people pleasing, depression and anxiety, life transitions, shame, and loneliness. My clients are often seeking longterm work that addresses root causes of problems rather than surface-level symptom relief. My style is warm, intuitive, and grounded in relational psychodynamic therapy. I also draw from parts work (IFS), mindfulness, interpersonal neurobiology, and an awareness of systemic influences on identity and mental health. Our relationship will be the foundation for healing—a steady space to explore who you are, what you’ve lived through, and where you want to go. I work primarily in person, as I find therapy is often more grounded and connected face-to-face, though I offer telehealth when needed. Email me today and we can set up a free consult to see if
