Kathleen (Katie) Griffin

Are you living a life worth living? It is my passion to support and guide clients to a place where they feel whole again and are able to create a meaningful life. I deeply believe in the potential of each individual’s ability to heal through support, consistency, and compassion. As a therapist, I promise to always hold the hope for you, especially in moments when you may feel that you’ve lost your way. I am flexible and try to adapt my style of therapy to be the most effective for each individual. I have experience working with a wide range of clients in outpatient, intensive outpatient groups (IOP), and partial hospitalization (PHP) settings. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher and hold a certificate as a Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I deeply believe in and intertwine the mind/body connection in my work with clients. I specialize and enjoy working with individuals with eating disorders, body image concerns, OCD, treatment resistant depression, anxiety or phobias, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
