Psychologist
I am passionate about working with young adults and college students navigate early adulthood stressors and find fulfillment in their lives.
I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about working with young adults and college students, and I have extensive experience working with this population and in the university counseling center setting. I specialize in anxiety and self-esteem concerns, and also work well with depression, stress, life transitions/adjustment concerns, relationship concerns, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and grief & loss. My approach to therapy is compassionate, nonjudgmental, and supportive, and I take care to intentionally tailor treatment to each individual's needs and presenting concerns. I help clients to thoughtfully explore concerns and gain insight, identify any unhelpful patterns or beliefs, and integrate new skills to successfully manage challenges and make positive changes aligned with your values and goals.
